It has been a busy year so far but it is only going to get busier for KCA over the next few months as we are about to make two major changes.

Firstly, we are going to relocate our offices from Jocelyn Street to Unit A1, 15 Talisman Drive. We will be at Jocelyn Street until our Christmas closedown on 19 December and will open our new offices on the ground floor at 15 Talisman Drive on 14 January. If you are passing Talisman Drive, you will notice changes already including signage. Everyone at KCA is looking forward to the shift and to showing clients around our new offices in 2019.

Secondly, we are in the process of changing our practice computer software over to Xero, a New Zealand based software provider. Xero provides cloudbased accounting services, a huge advantage for any client considering changing their existing cash book software. Xero provides a common ledger that KCA can then use for the preparation of annual accounts. For clients where KCA already prepares GST returns or annual accounts, our change to Xero should not make any difference to you or the services we provide to you, or to the information we need from you to provide these services. Please contact Geoff or any of our office staff if you have any queries concerning our software change.

Exciting times lie ahead for KCA with these changes, however they do not change our commitment to filing all of our client tax returns on time when the needed information has been provided by the client before year end at 31 March. We would like to thank both our clients and staff for their wonderful support over the last year.
